Karen holds a degree in finance and marketing and brings several years of meeting
planning experience to Velocity. As an in-house meeting planner, Karen has had the
opportunity to develop and manage all types of events from exclusive executive meetings
to high attendance conventions and tradeshows. She has been responsible for budgets
up to $5 million and balances the desires of the client against budgetary requirements
to assure that all goals, both creative and financial are met. |

Sheryl Ferrie - Partner

Sheryl brings her considerable experience as the head of the destination management
department at one of the most prestigious resorts in Naples, Florida to Velocity's
team. Sheryl has developed and managed all types of destination management requirements
and works to insure client expectations are exceeded. |

Kathleen Ivancevich - Partner

Kathleen brings her knowledge of large group events as well as her skill for fine
detail to Velocity. As an integral part of the Velocity team, Kay assists
our clients with their large-scale planning efforts. Kay's background includes
a long association with US Steel and other manufacturing concerns. |

Mike brings ten years of sales and customer satisfaction to Velocity. With experience
in catering, convention services, transportation and off-property venues, Mike can
bring his talents to bear on any program. His experience with some of the nation's
most prestigious resort hotels including International Conference Resorts and Destination
Hotels, has taught him how to get the job done right. Mike has the "inside knowledge"
that equates to a strong advantage when it comes to negotiations in such areas as
food and beverage, themed events and audio visual that help insure a premier experience.

Mary Jane brings a wealth of knowledge to Velocity with over five years' experience
in program operations. Mary Jane is the catalyst that turns even a mediocre program

coupled with her relentless dedication to each and every program is a Velocity trademark

Tom brings over 35 years in the airline industry serving in Senior Vice President
roles at both Continental and America West Airlines to Velocity. Tom insures that
all air and ground transportation needs for Velocity's clients are met in a professional
